How does pricing work?
Two models. Commit to annual hiring volume (Starter/Growth/Enterprise), or pay per decision at published rates. Pick what fits your buying motion.
What if I only want one decision type
Fine. Pay per call at $3, or commit to a plan and spend it however you want. The mix is yours.
What does my commitment fund?
65% funds live decisions, 10% covers implementation and onboarding, 25% covers support, maintenance, security, and product updates.
What counts as a decision?
A decision is a scored candidate verdict, Advance or Hold. Only completed evaluations are billed.
What is Hyper-Calibration?
Scoring tuned to your specific roles and org context, available on Growth and Enterprise. Starter and Free Trial use standard scoring.
Are all evaluations available on every plan?
All paid plans include pre-hire evaluations. Growth unlocks post-hire modules, while Voice and Avatar features scale by plan.
Do you integrate with my ATS/HRIS?
Yes. Phenom, Greenhouse, Darwinbox, and 20+ more, with no migration. Enterprise supports custom integrations.
How is my data handled?
SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, DPDP compliant. Tenant-isolated, EU/India residency, downloadable audit trail, configurable retention.
